Dr Catana at the 2022 Global IoT Summit

5G-LOGINNOV project coordinator, Dr Eusebiu Catana participated in the 5th edition of the Global IoT Summit. The event was co-located with IoT Week 2022 from 20 June to 23 June 2022. It gathered international experts from the IoT world to discuss new technological trends and their impact on businesses and society.

Dr Catana participated in the panel “Cross-Border Corridors: 5G for Connected and Autom. Mobility 3” on Tuesday 21st June at 17:15 CEST. On this occasion, the discussion entailed the context of the European 5G Action Plan, the mobility vertical, spanning road, rail, waterways and coastal maritime, including a multi-modality component.

The session was moderated by Latif Ladid, Founder & President of IPv6 Forum and the 5G-LOGINNOV project coordinator participated side by side with the Chair,  Jorge Pereira, Principal Scientific Officer at the European Commission and Ronan Frizzell, Senior Innovation and Commercialisation Manager at Inlecom Commercial Pathways.
